The term Nephilim can be translated as those Who Descended or those Who Fell From the Heavens. The American researcher David Sielaff emphasizes that the Nefilim or Nephilim are not the sons of the gods (beni ha-Elohim), but the offspring of the interbreeding between the extraterrestrials the Bible calls the Elohim and the daughters of men. The Illuminati bloodlines that rule the world today, therefore, are the Nefilim, the extraterrestrial-human hybrids. They were also known in ancient times as the Rephaim, Emim, Zazummim, and Anakim, all very tall or “giant” people in those days.
The biblical Goliath was a Rephaim, and giant in Hebrew is repha. This theme of giants is a constant one. Cave paintings found in places like Japan, South America, and the Sahara Desert, depict giant people with round heads towering over human hunters. Bones of giant people between 8 and 12 feet tall have been found in mounds in Minnesota and other locations. The Delaware Indians speak of a race of giants who once lived east of the Mississippi in enormous cities and the same descriptions of giants in ancient legends and lore can be found everywhere. Scores of giant red-haired mummies were discovered in a cave near Lovelock in Nevaa and some were seven feet tall.
The Piute Indian include tales of red-haired giants who acted like vampires, and the giant Nefilim were associated with cannibalism and blood drinking – just like the Illuminati bloodlines are today. Most accounts say that these giants were unfriendly, even hostile, to the rest of the population. Often associated with these giants were unfriendly, even craft that sound very much like the ‘flying saucers’ of modern UFO accounts. Genesis tells us that the sons of the gods married the daughters of men before the flood, as well as afterwards and Numbers calls the Nehilim, the sons of Anak, or descendants of the Anakim (Annunnaki)

(Verses in the bible where the Nephilim are mentioned)
GENESIS 6:4
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came into the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. these were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown.
Num 13:33
And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

Yep, you are seeing that correctly, it’s a pink lake!! Omg that would make my summer just that much better if I was hangin’ on a pink lake!!
Situated north of the Cap Vert Peninsula in Senegal, northeast of Dakar, Lake Retba, or as the French refer to it Lac Rose, is pinker than any milkshake you’ve ever come face to straw with. And once you see it, you too will agree that a sippy straw may be in order over a boat. Experts say the lake gives off its pink hue due to cyanobacteria, a harmless halophilic bacteria found in the water. If the color weren’t enough to make you smile, it should be known that Lake Retba has a high salt content, much like that of the Dead Sea, allowing people to float effortlessly in the massive pink water. In fact, Lake Retba has an almost one and a half times higher salt content than the Dead Sea.

How to Make a Leave-In Conditioner — An Herbal Hair Balm

hair balm by Frugally Sustainable

Frizz?
Lack-luster, dry, brittle hair?
This easy to make, all-natural hair balm is the treatment you’re looking for!
Moisturize.
Smooth.
Restore.
Benefits of the Ingredients
Oils used in this treatment are foundational in providing conditioning effects.
Sesame seed oil:
  • nourishes and feeds the scalp to control dry scalp flakiness and to kill dandruff causing bacteria.
  • protects the skin from the effects of chlorine in pool water — just in time for summer.
  • strengthens the hair shaft.
Jojoba and argan oils are high-quality, super moisturizers that hydrate the hair leaving it soft and perfectly conditioned.
The herbal properties of this balm provide tons of silica and antioxidants. In other words, they work by penetrating the broken parts of the hair shaft…
Results…
…damaged hair looks healthy, shiny, and full.
Herbal Hair Balm
Ingredients
*Use organically-grown ingredients whenever possible.
Optional Add-Ins
-0.2 ounces Horsetail Extract
-0.4 ounces Aloe Leaf Extract
-0.1 ounces rosemary extract
-1 ounce amla oil
-essential oils of choice
Method
1. Weigh the dried herbs using a kitchen scale.
2. Prepare an oil infusion by using the sesame oil and dried herbs. You can do this one of three ways:
  • Cold Infusion. In a glass mason jar, cover the weighed herbs with 5-6 ounces of oil. Stir to combine, and allow oil and herb mixture to steep for 4-6 weeks.
  • Hot Oil Extract. In a glass mason jar, cover the herbs with 5-6 ounces of oil. Stir to combine. Place the glass jar in a pot on the stove, or in a crock pot, filled with a few inches of water on lowest setting (Be sure to put a towel on the bottom of the pot.). Infuse the oil and herbs for 4-8 hours, a day, or up to 3 days. Note: Watch the pot and add water as it evaporates.
  • Alternatively. According to Rosemary Gladstar in her book Herbal Recipes for Vibrant Health: 175 Teas, Tonics, Oils, Salves, Tinctures, and Other Natural Remedies for the Entire Family you may also do it this way; “Place the herbs and the oil in a double boiler and bring to a low simmer. Slowly heat for 30 to 60 minutes, checking frequently to be sure the oil is not overheating.”
3. Strain the oil and herb infusion through a cheesecloth. Squeezing to extract as much oil as possible. Be sure you collect at least 4 ounces of herb infused oil.
4. Combine herb infused oil, shea butter, jojoba oil, and argan oil in small pot or double boiler over low heat and melt, stirring frequently.
5. Over very low heat continue stirring and melt 1-2 ounces (depending on how hard you’d like your salve) of beeswax into the oils. I suggest starting with the lesser amount of wax and adding more if needed. Note: To check if the mixture is the right consistency, because the salve hardens as it cools, Rosemary Gladstar again suggests placing a “tablespoon of the mixture in the freezer for just a minute or two. If it’s soft, add more beeswax; if too hard, add more oil.”

6. When the consistency is to your liking, add essential oils and extracts, if using. Stir well to combine and pour into tin or glass containers. Note: I get my salve containers here…
To use
A little goes a long way.
Apply sparingly to palms and rub onto wet or dry hair. Work through hair and style normally for best results.

Even as he huddled with his wife in Watertown, Mass., on Friday, David Henneberry never imagined he'd come face to face with the alleged Boston bomber.

But that's exactly what happened around dusk on Friday evening.

As tanks and SWAT vehicles rolled through the streets and cops went door to door in search of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Henneberry was outside smoking a cigarette when he noticed something amiss with the power boat he keeps parked in his driveway.

"He noticed that the tarp that had been covering his boat all winter was slightly flapping," his stepson Robert Duffy tells PEOPLE. "So he went over to take a closer look and noticed that one of the restraining straps had been cut and that there was some blood on the blue tarp."

Alarmed, Henneberry grabbed a step ladder and climbed up the boat's side to take a closer look, where he made a shocking discovery.

"When he flipped a section of the loose tarp off, he saw a pool of blood and what appeared to be a crumpled body," says Duffy.

Henneberry called 911 and within minutes police swarmed their home.

Over the next several hours, as the crackle of gunfire sounded periodically throughout the neighborhood, his mother and stepfather were "terrified."

"I couldn't get them on their home phone or on their cell phones. I was crying and thinking, 'This can¹t be how it ends,' " recalls Duffy, who wasn't with them at the time. "Finally, my sister called and said our mother had used someone¹s phone and called her and that they were OK. I cried with joy."

Hours after Tsarnaev's dramatic capture Duffy was still reeling.

"I am still shocked at everything that happened and how close to home it hit on so many levels," he says. "I see a very sick individual who has caused a lot of harm to thousands of lives and families – and that will last decades." Boston Bombing Suspect in Custody; Man Describes Discovery : People.com

Natural Health Philippines How To Restart Your Life

How To Restart Your Life

Let’s face it. Every one of us does over-indulge every once in a while when it comes to food. Apart from that, work can keep us busy, almost to the point of complete exhaustion. We lack sleep, we are stressed out, we reward ourselves with a lot of the unhealthy types of food, consume more alcohol than necessary, take exercise for granted, and so on. Maybe it is about time to start giving these bodies a break and learn how to live healthier and feel much better. This means that we need to nourish ourselves with the proper nutrients to allow all of the natural detox organs of our body to function the way they were designed to do so. These natural detox organs include our colon, liver, lungs, kidneys, and skin.

There are several types of foods that are rich in the nutrients required by each of these essential organs of the body. By consuming more of these foods, we are providing our organs with good nourishment so that they are able to serve our bodies well. To keep the colon healthy, whole grains come highly recommended. This is because they have a good amount of fibres that help in regular bowel movement and prevent constipation. Eating foods that contain probiotics, the good type of bacteria, helps in the promotion of a healthy colon. The liver can benefit greatly from berries, specifically the dark types, which are able to reduce toxins. It has also been proven that artichokes promote the healthy function of the liver. Additionally, green tea with its flavonoids is able to speed up the activity of the liver and increase production of enzymes for detoxification. When it comes to the promotion of kidney health, soya products such as tofu, miso, and edamame are diuretics that assist in the process of detoxification through increasing urine flow that flushes out toxins from the body. Certain vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli are able to help in increasing the ability of kidneys to convey the toxins through the urine, as well as help in the recovery of liver cells that suffer from toxic abuse.
Sufficient rest is good for the skin and for the rest of the organs of the body. Avoiding dangerous habits such as smoking can help the lungs maintain its healthy state. By following a good exercise regime, apart from avoiding other unhealthy practices, our bodies can slowly recover from all of the abuse it has taken, and we can enjoy the feeling of well-being that a healthy lifestyle offers.

Natural Health Philippines How to Fight Body Odor – Naturally!

How to Fight Body Odor – Naturally!

People are always concerned about body odor. It can be very embarrassing and can make not only the person suffering from it uncomfortable, but everyone around him as well. Although a lot of people would usually resort to using deodorants, there are those whole would rather resort to the more natural alternatives. Some may have sensitive skin that reacts to certain chemicals that commercial brands contain. Others simply prefer the natural method of neutralizing unpleasant body odor minus artificially made chemicals. It is normal for people to sweat, something that is needed in order to rid the body of unwanted toxins. It is also the body’s natural way of cooling down. Unfortunately, the kind of food we eat plays a part in producing the odor we emit when we do sweat.
One of the things that must be basic for every person is to practice proper hygiene. This means regular baths and keeping clean. From here, one can also take a look at the other tested remedies that a lot of people swear to. These remedies need not be expensive but they can just be as effective in keeping body odor at bay. Apple cider vinegar for instance has certain cleansing properties that get rid of body odor, in spite of its own powerful aroma. By taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar twice or thrice a day, it is able to cleanse the body efficiently. Tea that is quite refreshing and offers various health benefits is an effective means of reducing body odor as well. Sage tea is particularly good, as well as “Kombucha,” a type of Chinese fermented tea containing probiotics and other system purifiers. Aside from the fact that it helps remedy minor health issues, it can remove toxins as well as body odor.
Baking soda is another natural remedy for body odor. Applied directly on the armpits or feet, baking soda is able to neutralize odors. The great thing about it is very inexpensive and may be something you have readily available in your pantry. When taking a bath, one can also add in a bit of rose water and soak in. This helps you relax and its essential oil is a wonderful odor neutralizer, maybe lasting longer than the effects of baking soda.

What to Eat to Help You Sleep | Care2 Healthy Living

What to Eat to Help You Sleep

What to Eat to Help You Sleep
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now considers our lack of sleep a “public health epidemic.” Currently, Americans spend more than $84 million on over-the-counter sleep aids each year, leaving many searching for natural, cost-effective ways to help manage their sleep deficit. So, what’s keeping everybody up?
Lack of sleep can be influenced by many factors, from medical illness to side effects of drugs to simply having a lot on your mind. Before trying to remedy your sleep deficit on your own, make sure you investigate whatever might be behind your sleep difficulties and seek proper professional attention. Doing so could save you time, money, and many more sleepless nights.
Prescription and over-the-counter sleep aids unfortunately don’t address the root cause of a sleep disorder. They are a temporary fix until the driving force behind the problem can be addressed. Diet and lifestyle changes may be a natural alternative worthy of discussing with your doctor. The types of food and beverages you choose and the way that you consume them can play a major role in influencing sleep.
First, here are a few tips on how to make a bedtime snack really work for you:
  • Time your snack. Research suggests that bedtime snacks are most effective when they happen an hour before bedtime (not sooner) and contain carbohydrates plus a little protein. A small nutrient-balanced snack causes the brain to produce serotonin, which helps calm and prepare you for sleep.
  • Plan an early bedtime. Short sleep times can cause an imbalance of the hormones leptin and ghrelin; this imbalance increases hunger and decreases satiety cues. What does that mean? It means not getting enough sleep every night can cause you to eat more and feel hungrier, which can make it difficult for you to fall asleep. So, eat a small snack around 9:00pm and try to be in bed by 10:00pm.
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol after 7. Caffeine works as a mild stimulant that causes jitters and gets the brain working into overdrive. If you must have caffeine, make sure you have it no later than two to three hours before bedtime. Foods and beverages that contain the most caffeine include coffee, green and black tea, energy drinks, caffeinated sodas like cola and root beer, and chocolate. And research shows that while a drink or two may help you get to sleep, alcohol is disruptive of restful REM (rapid eye movement) sleep.
With those tips in mind, here’s what to chew to help you snooze:
1. Cherries are one of the top foods rich in naturally occurring melatonin, a hormone that promotes sleep. One study found that healthy adults experienced improved sleep time and a 5 to 6 percent increase in overall sleep efficiency after drinking two servings of tart cherry juice for a week.
2. Carbohydrates before bedtime are one of the best fuels for cranking out sleep-promoting serotonin. But don’t have fatty fries or chips. Have some warm oatmeal or two slices of whole grain toast with almond butter.
3. Milk is the largest contributor of calcium, vitamin D, and potassium to the American diet. Although the scientific literature is a bit thin on milk’s effect on sleep, the nutrients in milk –specifically calcium and tryptophan–are known to induce sleep. Calcium helps the brain use the amino acid tryptophan. Milk’s carbohydrates help tryptophan work more effectively, too!
4. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fats. Research shows that omega-3s deficient diets negatively affect the sleep hormone melatonin and its function, and throw off the natural sleep cycle called “circadian rhythm,” which can lead to sleep disturbances.
5. Chicken is naturally high in the amino acid precursor to melatonin called tryptophan. I’m sure you were thinking that turkey might have a leg up on the competition, but that’s not the case. Tryptophan helps produce the neurotransmitter serotonin, which in turn makes us feel more relaxed and sleepy.
6. Pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of the mineral magnesium, as well as an excellent source of tryptophan. Low magnesium levels have been associated with a poor night’s sleep. Eating a handful of pumpkin seeds was found to be as effective in improving tryptophan levels in the body as taking tryptophan supplements.
7. Walnuts contain a number of nutrients that support a relaxed and healthy nervous system. These include omega-3 fats, vitamin E, folate, and melatonin. Research shows that the melatonin in walnuts is well absorbed and will raise blood melatonin concentrations when eaten in moderation.

Natural Health Philippines Oil Pulling

Oil Pulling

Oil pulling has its roots in Ayurvedic tradition, one of the oldest natural health systems in the world. Basically all you do is rinse your mouth out with vegetable oil, I like to use Coconut Oil, much like you would with a mouthwash. As simple as it sounds, oil pulling can be a very powerful detoxifying practice which also increases our metabolism. (Weight-loss anyone?) So what happens is, while you swish the oil in your mouth, the toxins in your body are pulled out causing mucous drainage – which is one of the ways your body removes toxins.
My mother introduced me to this practice, which she swears by, and every morning for about 15 minutes before breakfast, I swish Virgin Coconut Oil in my mouth. Since practicing oil-pulling, I’ve noticed some very positive results such as whiter teeth, pinker gums, and people have been commenting on my improved skin, which is a compliment I never get having suffered from Atopic Dermatitis since I was a child. These are some of the physically noticeable results, but I also feel much better and no longer wake-up sneezing and blowing my nose like I used to.
Here’s how I do it for those of you who want to try this:
1. Using high-quality Virgin Coconut Oil, take one Tablespoon in your mouth.
2. Swish it around your mouth just as you would a mouthwash for 15 – 20 minutes.
NOTE: Do NOT lean your head back and gargle and do NOT swallow!
3. If your mouth, particularly your jaw gets tired, you’re swishing too hard. Relax your mouth and use your tongue to help move the oil around. This really takes some getting used-to in the beginning but will become easier with constant practice.
4. Should you get tired before 15 – 20 minutes, spit the oil (that’s now filled with toxins) into the toilet, flush, and just swish a new batch of Virgin Coconut Oil for the remaining time. When you’re done, spit the oil and toxins into the toilet, and don’t forget to flush.
5. Rinse your mouth a few times with water, making sure to spit in the toilet. I like to end by rinsing with a mouthwash to kill any bacteria left – though I don’t know if this last step actually does anything.
Try it and let me know if it does anything for you.
